Fractal geometry has developed rapidly, and is widely used in various disciplines. However, only a few fractal dimension methods techniques have been applied to the processing of gravity data, especially detection geological edges interfaces. In this paper, definition, properties characteristics dimensions are improve edge anomalies, theoretical model established. At same time, new method surface variance statistics compared with traditional methods.
